So excited to be writing our first post on the new blog. We have been so blessed over the past several months awaiting the arrival of our son, Jackson. We have been busy reading baby/parenting books [or at least I have], decorating the nursery & shopping for baby stuff galore. But the times that we enjoy the most are times spent talking to Jackson and feeling his movements. How fast time is flying and we know November will be here before we know it! Below are a few pictures from our Ultrasound. How excited we both were to hear we were having a boy- Nick immediately started dreaming of having a fishing & golfing buddy someday!

At 24 weeks, I went back to do another ultrasound to get better images of his face [since he was so snuggled into me during the first ultrasound]. Here's a 4D image of his sweet face!
We feel so blessed to be given such an incredible opportunity & responsibility from the Lord to raise this precious boy. We are also so thankful for amazing support from our family and friends. We look forward to Jackson meeting everyone who we hold so dear to our hearts.
