It's all about the cheeks....

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season! We had a blessed first holiday season as a new family. A couple of days after Christmas, Kayse [Kellie's sister] flew in from Dallas to stay with us for a week or so. We really enjoyed her visit and Jack definitely loved Aunt Kayse! We really enjoyed celebrating New Years together as we have done for most of our life [with the exception of 2 years]. We love to cook and do chocolate fondue while we hang out in our pajamas watching all of the New Years Eve celebrations on tv. While Kayse was in town, we also did some shopping, cooking, watched college football bowl games & attempted a Florida State puzzle [sad to say we didn't finish it].

On the 29th we watched Florida State beat Notre Dame!  We showed our Seminole spirit with our gear!  We got a few shots of Jack with his FSU blanket and pillow his Mimie [Kellie's grandmother] made for him!  Thanks Mimie!

Jack is defintiely posing in this one.  I was laying on the couch and looked over at Nick and he was eating a bowl of cereal with Jack lounging on his lap.  I couldn't believe how still he was and how much he seemed to be enjoying just laying there! 

Love those cheeks!  It's hard not to want to kiss those cheeks every second of the day!

Happy 7 weeks, Jack!  We can't believe how fast you are growing!  You are our sweet boy and we love you very much!
